Get in touch
For your clients

The experience your clients get — and never have to think about.

Everything on this page happens under your name, your logo and your colors. Your client doesn’t meet EstiSuite. They notice that booking with you is easy, that nothing is on a clipboard, and that they always know what they paid and when they’re next in.

Your patch tests

Some treatments need a recent patch test first. Here is where yours stand.

Chemical peel Applied Sep 30 · valid until Mar 30, 2027 Passed

Their first booking, and everything after it — both in your colors, both at your address. The example business is fictional; the accent color is whatever you pick.

Start to finish

From the first click to the next visit.

In the order a client meets it. Each step is something they can do today, not a roadmap.

  1. 01

They book from your page, on their phone, at 11pm

Your booking page is at your own address, in your colors, and shows the times you are actually free — computed from your hours, your bookings, your blocked time and, if you share a room, the other business’s too.

    • A real service, a real duration, and a real person if you have a team
    • A deposit or a card on file, through your own Stripe account
    • A gift card can settle the deposit in one tap
    • A promo code field at checkout, and “Book with this special” on any special you are showing
    • A full day offers the waitlist instead of a dead end — and when a spot opens, a link that books it
    • A treatment that needs a patch test says so before they book, and offers the patch test itself
    • A confirmation by text and email, carrying a link that manages the visit
  2. 02

Before the visit, nothing is waiting on a clipboard

Intake and consent forms arrive as a link and get filled in on a phone, signed once. Reminders go out by text and email — they are never counted against your allowance — and every one of them carries the same manage link.

    • Forms filled before they arrive, with a real e-signature
    • A quick health check before a repeat visit is a question, not a fresh signature
    • Your pre-care steps arrive on the days they matter — “stop retinoids”, a week out
    • Move or cancel from the reminder link — no login, no account, no phone tag
    • Your cancellation window and deposit rules apply exactly as you set them
    • Texts only ever go to people who recorded a yes
  3. 03

At the visit, the admin is already done

You check them in, do the work, and settle up without leaving the appointment. What they signed, what they said and what you did are on one record — theirs.

    • Check-in and check-out that never touch the booking’s status
    • A saved card, a gift card — or, with the phone apps, a contactless tap on your own device
    • Tips tracked separately from what the service earned
    • Their consent form and photo release, signed and stored — and withdrawable
  4. 04

Afterwards, they can see what they paid, and what for

An itemised receipt for every charge, a rebook that already knows who they are, and a plan that shows what is left this period. The relationship keeps going without you chasing it.

    • Every purchase itemised, with history
    • Rebook with nothing to type — identity comes from their login
    • Their membership or prepaid package, at the price they agreed to
    • Their progress through a treatment plan, and the homecare you recommended
    • Your post-care steps, and any proposal you sent after a consult — to accept, book and pay for in one go
Their own login

Not a confirmation email. An account, under your name.

Every client gets a login where the whole relationship lives — visits, forms, receipts, their plan, their gift cards, their progress. It is reached from your booking page, it carries your branding, and a client who visits two EstiSuite businesses has one login and picks which to open.

What they never see

The parts of the experience that are promises, not features.

A client trusts a business, not software. These are the rules the software keeps so that trust holds.

  • It is your name on everything

The page, the emails, the reminders and their login all carry your name, logo and colors. Clients are booking with you, not with a platform.

  • No competitor one tap away

Your booking page shows your business and nothing else. It is not a listing in a marketplace where the next studio is a scroll below yours.

  • Texts only with a recorded yes

A client hears from you by text because they ticked a box that said so, and every message says who it is from. Appointment texts are their own separate yes — decline them and reminders arrive by email instead.

  • Your notes stay yours

What a client sees of their treatment is a deliberate list — dates, services, progress, homecare. Clinical notes, treatment records and screening findings never reach their screen; the only forms they can open are the ones they filled in themselves.

  • Their photos, their say

Before-and-after photos sit behind a release they sign, and a release they can withdraw. Nothing is used for marketing without it.

  • One login, every business they visit

A client who sees two EstiSuite businesses has one account and picks which one to open. Their history with you stays between you and them.

Common questions

What owners ask about their clients’ side.

Do my clients need to download an app?

No. Your booking page works in any browser, and clients can book without an account at all. If they do create one, they get their own login where they can see their upcoming visits, sign intake forms, hold a membership and rebook — still in a browser, nothing to install.

Do appointment reminders count against my text allowance?

Never, on any plan. The monthly allowance covers marketing and one-off texts you choose to send. Appointment reminders are the product doing its job, and metering them would cost you no-shows.

Can my clients cancel or move their own appointments?

Yes, within the cancellation window you set. From their own login a client can move an upcoming visit to another open slot or cancel it, and your calendar updates at the same moment — no message thread, no phone tag. Your deposit and late-cancellation rules still apply exactly as you configured them.

Do my clients see my notes, or what anyone else pays?

No. What a client sees of their own treatment is a deliberate list — visit dates, service names, how far through a plan they are, milestones and the homecare you recommended. Clinical notes, treatment records and screening findings never reach their screen — the only forms they can open are the ones they filled in themselves. They can see their own charges, itemised, and nothing about any other client.

Your practice deserves better than five apps and a notebook.

Set up your booking page, bring your clients across, and let EstiSuite handle the part of the job nobody trained for.
