Built for the person doing the treatment, not the person selling the software.
EstiSuite exists because running an esthetics practice means being the therapist, the receptionist, the bookkeeper and the marketing department — and most software helps with exactly one of those while quietly making the other three harder.
Most tools in this category are built for salons — a front desk, a rota, a room full of chairs. An esthetician working alone, or with one or two colleagues, ends up paying for the org chart and doing the actual work in a notebook.
EstiSuite starts from the other end. One person, one room, a real client list, treatments that need a consent form and a history. Everything scales up from there — a second location and a team of staff are things the software grows into, not the assumption it was designed around.
Six decisions we would make the same way again.
Some of these cost us money. They are the reason the product is worth trusting with your business.
-
Your clients are yours
EstiSuite does not run a marketplace, does not list your business next to a competitor, and does not market to your client list. Your booking page is at your own address, in your own colors, and the relationship it creates belongs to you.
-
Your money goes to your bank
Payments run as direct charges on your own Stripe account. You are the merchant of record: your payout schedule, your disputes, your tax record. We never hold your clients’ money and we never take a percentage of a booking.
-
We don’t meter the things that make you money
Appointment reminders are unlimited on every plan, because charging per reminder would cost you no-shows to save us a fraction of a cent. Clients, appointments and services are unlimited for the same reason.
-
A number should say how sure it is
Where the software estimates something — the revenue in a lapsed client, the value of a membership — it shows you the confidence behind it and names the assumption. Software that presents a guess as a measurement is worse than software that stays quiet.
-
Built for skin work specifically
Intake and consent forms, treatment histories, product usage per service, patch tests, contraindication notes. These are not generic booking-software features with a skincare label on them — they are the shape of the actual job.
-
You can leave
Your data is yours, exportable, and cancelling is a button you press yourself rather than an email you have to send. Software that is hard to leave is usually software that stopped competing on being good.
Where the product is today
EstiSuite is a working product with real businesses on it — booking, client records, forms, payments, memberships, inventory, marketing and reporting are all shipped and in daily use. It runs on iOS, Android and the web, and your clients reach it through your own booking page and their own client login.
It is also a young product, and we would rather say so than pretend otherwise. If something you need is missing, tell us — at this size, that genuinely changes what gets built next.
Your practice deserves better than five apps and a notebook.
Set up your booking page, bring your clients across, and let EstiSuite handle the part of the job nobody trained for.
