Your money, in your own Stripe account.

Where the revenue actually is.
- Payments by Stripe Direct charges on your own connected account.
- We take 0% of it Stripe’s processing fee only. No cut of your bookings.
- iOS, Android & web One app, not a cut-down mobile version.
- Encrypted & access-controlled Row-level security, roles and two-factor sign-in.
Most estheticians run their business across five tools that don't speak to each other.
Every one of them holds a piece of the picture, and none of them holds the whole thing. So the work of joining it up — the reminders, the rebooking, the chasing, the counting — lands back on you, at the end of a day you already spent on your feet.
The usual setup
- A booking app that owns your clients
- Paper intake forms in a filing cabinet
- A card reader with its own separate app
- Reminders you send by hand the night before
- A spreadsheet you have not opened since March
- Your camera roll, doing the job of a client record
With EstiSuite
- Booking on your own site, at your own address
- Intake and consent signed before they arrive
- Payments, tips and deposits on one ledger
- Reminders that go out on their own, free
- Reports that build themselves as you work
- One client record everything writes to
A book that fills itself, and a day you can actually read.
Clients book from your own site at your own address, choosing a real service, a real duration and — if you have a team — a real person. Slots are computed against your hours, your bookings and your blocked time, so the grid a client sees is the grid you are actually free in. Every change lands on your colleagues’ screens as it happens.
- Day, week, month and team views
- Services with add-ons, durations and their own prices
- Time blocks for lunch, admin and the school run
- Check clients in and out without touching the booking’s status
- Waitlist for days that are full — or that you are closed
- Live sync across every device signed into your business

- Forms filled before the appointment, from a phone
- Clients get their own login for visits, forms and plans
- Two-way messaging by text and email in one thread

Appointment reminders send automatically and never count against your allowance.
Get paid properly — and stop paying for the no-shows.
Payments run through your own Stripe account, so you are the merchant of record: your payouts, your disputes, your 1099-K, and money that never sits on an EstiSuite balance. Stripe charges its standard processing fee and EstiSuite adds nothing on top — we take no percentage of anything you sell. Deposits and card-on-file are one setting, and a missed appointment becomes a real invoice instead of an awkward text.
- Stripe’s processing fee only — EstiSuite takes 0%
- Card, cash and in-person payments on one ledger
- Deposits, or a card saved with nothing charged
- No-show and late-cancellation fees you set once
- Tips tracked separately from what the service earned
- Invoices with pay links, partial payments and refunds
- Gift cards that are spendable, lockable and never expire

What it costs to take a payment.
Two parties can charge you when a client pays by card. Only one of them does.
Stripe's standard processing rate in the US. It comes out of the payment before it reaches your bank, and it goes to Stripe — we never see it.
The card-present rate, if you take payment on a reader in your room. Cash and other offline payments are recorded in EstiSuite and cost nothing at all.
We do not take a cut of your bookings, your treatments, your retail or your tips. Your subscription is the whole of what you pay us — a busy month and a quiet month cost you exactly the same.
Stripe's rates vary by country and are set by Stripe, not by us — stripe.com/pricing is always the current word. Because the money is charged on your own connected account, Stripe bills you directly and pays you directly.
A booking page that looks like your business, not like software.
More on your booking sitePick one of four designs — the one here is Editorial Atelier — then edit the page on the page: click the headline and type. It lives at your own address, carries your logo and colors into every email your clients get, and publishes proper local-business markup so search engines read your hours and address correctly.
- Four designs — Organic, Modernist, Classical, Editorial Atelier
- Edit in place: click the text, change the text
- Your own subdomain — yourname.estisuite.com
- Your brand carried into client emails, not ours
- Services, shop, reviews, gallery and FAQ sections
- Structured data for search, generated from what you published
Skin, considered slowly.
One client at a time, in a quiet room, with a plan that fits the life you actually live.
The Editorial Atelier theme — one of four, on the studio’s own address.
The whole business, in your pocket between appointments.
EstiSuite is a real iPhone and Android app — the same one, not a stripped-back companion. Check a client in, add a note, take a payment or move tomorrow's booking without walking back to a laptop.
- The same app as the web — every feature, not a viewer
- Your day, your clients and your notes between appointments
- Check clients in and take payment without leaving the room
- New bookings land on your phone as they happen
- Works on iPhone, iPad and Android
The iPhone and Android apps are on their way to the stores. In the meantime EstiSuite runs in full in any mobile browser, so nothing is waiting on them — start today and the apps will simply appear when they land.

Find the money already sitting in your client list.
EstiSuite reads the book you already have and tells you where revenue is leaking: who has not rebooked, who is overdue on their own rhythm, which memberships would pay for themselves. Every figure carries a confidence level, so you can tell a measurement from an estimate.
- Ranked opportunities, recalculated from live data
- Memberships and recurring plans your clients can join themselves
- Trackable links that credit the booking they produced
- Review requests that ask everyone, not just the happy ones
- Local listing consistency checked against your real details
- Reports on revenue, retention, services and staff

Software for your business should behave like it works for you.
A few of the decisions behind EstiSuite that we would make the same way again, even where the easier option would have made us more money.
-
Your Stripe account, and 0% to us
Charges are direct, on your own connected account. You are the merchant of record — you own your disputes, your payout schedule and your tax record. Stripe takes its processing fee; EstiSuite takes nothing on top, so a fully booked month costs you the same as a quiet one.
-
Reminders are never metered
Appointment reminders don’t count against any allowance on any plan. Charging you per reminder would cost you no-shows to save us pennies, so we don’t.
-
Your clients get an app too
Not a confirmation email — a real login where they see their visits, sign forms, hold a membership and rebook. That relationship is yours, and it lives under your branding.
-
Numbers that admit what they are
Every revenue suggestion is labelled high, medium or low confidence, and the assumptions behind it are named. A number based on a guess should say so.
-
A shopfront you actually control
Your booking page is yours, at your address, in your colors — not a profile in someone else’s marketplace where your client is one tap from a competitor.
-
One login, more than one business
Work at a studio and run your own room? Book somewhere as a client yourself? One account handles all of it, with real roles and permissions on each.
Set up in an afternoon, not a quarter.
There is no implementation call and no onboarding fee. You will be taking bookings on your own page the day you sign up.
- 01
Set up your business
A guided pass through your location, your hours, your booking page and your payouts. Ten minutes, and you can change any of it later.
- 02
Add your services and clients
Your treatments, durations and prices, then your client list. Intake forms go out as a link — no re-typing anyone’s history.
- 03
Share your booking page
Your own address, on your own terms. Bookings, deposits, forms and reminders run themselves from there.
Built for estheticians. Not adapted for them.
Every part of EstiSuite — the intake forms, the treatment histories, the product usage, the deposit rules — was shaped around how skin work actually runs, rather than borrowed from software written for somebody else's trade.
One price. Every client, every appointment, no per-booking cut.
Pick the plan that matches the size of your business. Change or cancel it yourself, whenever you want.

Prices in USD. When a client pays by card, Stripe charges its own processing fee (2.9% + 30¢ per online payment in the US) and that goes to Stripe. EstiSuite adds 0% on top — no cut of your bookings, your retail or your tips.

The things people ask before they switch.
If yours isn't here, write to us — a real person answers.
Is EstiSuite only for estheticians?
It is built for estheticians and skin professionals specifically — intake and consent forms, treatment histories, service add-ons and product usage are modelled the way skincare work actually runs. Other appointment-based beauty businesses use it happily, but it is not a generic salon tool with a skincare label on it.
Do my clients need to download an app?
No. Your booking page works in any browser, and clients can book without an account at all. If they do create one, they get their own login where they can see their upcoming visits, sign intake forms, hold a membership and rebook — still in a browser, nothing to install.
How do payments work, and who holds the money?
You connect your own Stripe account and charges run directly on it, which makes you the merchant of record. Payouts go to your bank on Stripe’s schedule, you own any disputes, and the tax record is in your name. Money from your clients never sits on an EstiSuite balance, and because Stripe bills you directly there is no middleman between you and your own takings.
What does EstiSuite charge on top of my payments?
Nothing. EstiSuite takes 0% of your bookings, your retail and your tips — your monthly subscription is the whole of what you pay us, whether you take one payment a month or a thousand. The only fee on a card payment is Stripe’s own processing fee, currently 2.9% + 30¢ per online payment in the US, which Stripe charges on your own account and keeps. Stripe’s rates vary by country and are set by Stripe, so stripe.com/pricing is always the current word.
Is there a per-booking or per-client fee?
No. Clients, appointments, services, forms and appointment reminders are unlimited on every plan. We deliberately do not charge per booking, because a pricing model that costs you more the busier you get is one that penalises the thing the software is supposed to help with.
Can I take a deposit or charge for a no-show?
Yes. You can ask for a deposit at booking, or save a card without charging anything — a much smaller ask of a first-time client. Marking someone as a no-show, or cancelling inside your own window, offers to raise the fee you configured. Nothing is ever charged automatically without you deciding to.
Do appointment reminders count against my text allowance?
Never, on any plan. The monthly allowance covers marketing and one-off texts you choose to send. Appointment reminders are the product doing its job, and metering them would cost you no-shows.
Can I move my existing clients over?
Yes — client records, services and prices can be brought across when you set up. Get in touch before you start and we will help you plan it so you are not re-typing your book.
What happens to my booking page if I cancel?
Cancelling ends your billing at the end of the period you have already paid for, and takes your public booking page down at the same time so it can’t keep accepting bookings you may not be around to honor. Your services, products and reviews are kept, not deleted.
Does it work on my phone?
Yes, and it is the same full app on every device — not a cut-down mobile version. EstiSuite runs in any mobile browser today, and native iPhone and Android apps are on their way to the App Store and Google Play. Your booking page is designed phone-first either way, because that is where nearly every client will open it.
Is the mobile app included, or is it extra?
Included. There is no separate app purchase, no per-device charge and no higher tier required to use your phone — your subscription covers you on iPhone, Android, tablet and the web at the same time.
Can I add my team?
On the Enterprise plan you can invite staff by email, give each of them a role, publish rotas, and control which services each person is eligible to perform. Owners can also lock specific actions to owner-only.
Your practice deserves better than five apps and a notebook.
Set up your booking page, bring your clients across, and let EstiSuite handle the part of the job nobody trained for.
